SAVE B32 is a bio-remodeling injectable skin care lifting treatment that address skin sagging and signs of aging by stimulating the skin's lost collagen, elastin and adipocytes (fat).
Collagen determines skin's tenderness and plumpness, while elastin determines elasticity and firmness. The skin structure gradually disintegrates and becomes less elastic after long-term UV damage. SAVE B32 is currently the product on the market that acts on collagen and achieves the most significant lifting effect.
SAVE B32 is composed of high consecrate of 100% pure hyaluronic acid, which fully integrates with body tissues. It contains 64 mg of pure hyaluronic acid (HA), and no chemical cross-linking reagent (BDDE) is used in its production, making it more stable and fully metabolized.

This technology uses polymer chains of various lengths (i.e. different molecular weights): by means of a heat treatment, high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (H-HA) and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (L-HA) form strong hydrogen bonds to form hybrid cooperative complexes without using chemical cross-linking agents.
It is a high-concentration hyaluronic acid mixture of high & low molecules of hyaluronic acid, with extremely long-lasting effects. At the same time, exclusive Hybrid Technology cell regeneration technology is applied to continuously activate and repair muscle base stem cells within two months after the first injection, producing 12 times more collagen, elastin and fat cells in the muscle base, effectively reshaping facial skin structure. Can Profhilo be used for other Indications?
Developed by Profhilo, the Bio Aesthetic Point (BAP) technique is used for the lower face and neck. The 5 BAPs are selected as injection points because these areas of the face contain no large blood vessels or nerve branches. This promotes optimal diffusion of Profhilo`s hybrid HA complex while minimizing the risk of bruising and complications. Each BAP is injected with 0.2ml of Profhilo (a total of 10 injection points, with 5 on each side of the face). The procedure is quick, with minimal discomfort. The recovery time is also minimized, which makes it convenient in today`s busy life.
After the topical anesthetic has been applied to numb the treatment area, Profhilo is injected using a very fine needle. One syringe of Prohilo is administered to 5 points on each side of the face.
Results can be visible 4 weeks after the first treatment. Optimal results can be noticed 4 weeks after the second treatment. For the best results, 2 treatments are recommended, 4 weeks apart. For maintenance, treatments can be repeated every 6-9 months.
