Bellenar is sterile, transparent viscoelastic gel containing 20mg/ml of sodium hyaluronate. The structure of sodium hyaluronate is identical in all living organisms.
It is a natural polysaccharide that is present in the tissues of the body, which have particularly high concentrations in synovial fluid and in the skin.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a natural polymer found in all living organisms. The human dermis has a high percentage of HA, which moisturizes the skin due to its vaso-communicating properties. HA is a predominant part of the intracellular visco elastic matrix, which provides and maintains adequate tissue volume and acts as an intracellular buffer to help protect the skin.
The natural product, if injected into the skin, it would be absorbed and lost quickly. To produce an HA of longer duration, it has to be made stronger and more stable by the process of crosslinking. Hence, reticulated gels combine with natural HA to provide volume and support for 4 to 12 months.

Indication

Bellenar is intended to be used to facial tissue augmentation to improve of depression due to scars and volume lost by lipoatrophy in patients over the age of 18.

The product should only be treated by a medical doctor or medical professional.

Do not mix with other materials. Bellenar should be injected using a strict aseptic technique.

Remove the tip cap of syringe and connect needle to the syringe. Recommended needle gauge is 21G to 30G and appropriate sterilized needle can be used by judgment of medical doctor. The injection site should be swabbed with alcohol or another suitable antiseptic solution before injection.

Inject slowly and carefully and the volume of injection site should be determined to take patients, condition and symptom into consideration. If needed, give a massage on the injected site. If significant resistance or closing is encountered when pushing the plunger the injection needle may be moved slightly to allow easier placement of the material or it may be necessary to change the injection needle. For persisting of the treatment state, it may need additional periodical injections of the product and the doctor should inform the patient of that.

Syringe, needle and any unused material of opened package must be discarded after the treatment. 

How do I select model type:

1. Bellenar  Light : With the smallest particles for the correction of very thin, superficial lines.
Injected in the upper part of the dermis.
For correction of thin superficial lines, such as worry lines, periorbital lines, perioral lines.

2. Bellenar deep : Medium particle size for moderate wrinkles.
Injected in the middle part of the dermis.
For treatment of moderate wrinkles, such as glabellar, oral commissures, Lips fullness, pouting and vermilion border.

3. Bellenar  volume  : Larger particles for deep folds.
Injected in the deep layer of the dermis and/or the surface layer of the subcutis.
For correcting deep folds, creating fuller lips and shaping facial contours, such as cheeks and chin.
