A new microdroplet, hyaluronic acid (HA) injectable treatment that delivers long-lasting, deep hydration of the skin for up to 9-months.
SKINVIVE™ is the first and only hyaluronic acid microdroplet injectable indicated to improve hydration and skin smoothness of the cheeks.
As we age, our skin loses its ability to stay hydrated-a key reason for many skin quality issues. SKINVIVE™ increases hydration to improve skin smoothness and provide a lasting glow for up to 6 months with optimal treatment.
SKINVIVE™ is great for all skin tones, leaving skin look healthy, refresh, and glowing.
JUVÉ® Dermal Fillers
JUVÉ is biosynthetic and of non-animal origin. Since it is not created from an animal source, there is little chance of allergic reaction. The formula is highly biocompatible, and no testing is required prior to administration. It has been proven to be safe and effective for skin of all types and colors.
The main difference between JUV and other popular hyaluronic acid fillers is that JUVÉ has one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid, and is produced with a special formulation process that makes it smoother than that of other popular gels. These gels utilize a suspension process, with particles that can be visibly seen. JUVÉ is completely transparent.
Many people use Juvé, a hyaluronic acid-based filler, to treat wrinkles and lines. But there are other reasons to choose it too. According to Dr. Lupo, "it is commonly used to augment lips, fill folds, and smooth contours." It can also be used to fill in acne scars, lift the cheeks, alter the shape of the nose, and even address medical conditions like lipodystrophy, which causes the loss of fat from the face.
While any injection can be painful, there are ways to relieve it. Juvé XC products contain local anesthetics. Using a vibrating device or cooling the skin with an ice pack can also help.
Juvé injections usually cause some bruising and swelling that can last up to two weeks. For the week before your visit, avoid anything that thins your blood, such as aspirin, ginkgo, and alcohol.
It is common to have a small bump or lump in the first week after the injection. After the injection, they can be smoothed by gentle massage, and if they persist for more than two weeks, see your doctor to get rid of them properly and safely.
Juvé is widely considered safe. It is FDA approved and has a proven safety record.
If the result of Juvé is not what you want, there is an "undo" option: it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. It is an enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid. (Hyaluronic acid is the main ingredient in Juvé) You may see some immediate improvement, but if the enzyme is not completely dissolved, repeat the enzymatic treatment within three days.
Generally, it is in the range of six months to one year. Much depends on the depth and amount of filler injected.
