Profhilo is an injectable treatment that delivers hyaluronic acid to the layers underneath the skin. Hyaluronic acid helps the skin retain moisture, giving it a more glowing, dewy appearance. Profhilo is also able to promote the production of elastin and collagen, which are crucial for tightening and firming up the skin. In a nutshell, Profhilo is used to improve the quality and appearance of the skin, as opposed to adding volume like dermal fillers do.

How does Profhilo work?

Profhilo has one of the highest concentrations of Hyaluronic acid (HA) on the market - 64mg in 2mls. In comparison,  Skinboosters only has 20mg / ml.

Profhilo is unique because it is a hybrid that contains 2 types of non-cross-linked HA:

1) Low molecular weight HA (L-HA) retains moisture and hydrates skin.
